Biography

A specialist in public law, Olivier Savignat has twenty years of in-depth expertise in town planning law, planning law and commercial town planning law.

He counsels real estate operators (public/private) and public authorities for the design and legal execution of their development operations. He assists and represents them during litigation.

Olivier Savignat regularly collaborates with design offices to assist these communities, in the management of their planning documents and the definition/implementation of their land control instruments (right of pre-emption, expropriation)

Moreover, he leads seminars and qualified training for operators in the urban planning sector.

As a natural extension of these activities, he has developed his expertise in environmental information procedures, public participation, public inquiry and environmental assessment.

Olivier Savignat also advises and litigates in various areas of environmental law (law on classified installations, law on polluted sites and soils, law on renewable energies).
